How's everyone doing? I hope everyone's week has been going wonderful!
I have been on the biggest hunt for a nude pair of heels that I are love at first sight. I finally found some! I purchased these gorgeouss Guess nude pumps. Nice & simple like I have been searching for. They were regular $89.00 & I got them for $39.99 hello BARGAIN!! Plus side, they are extremely comfy! :) I think it's always good to have a simple black pair of heels & a simple pair of nude heels! My shoe collection is growing!

Nail polish of the week
New: Loreal "Walk on the Beach"
The perfect nude nail polish. I love love love nude. I love that it can always go with any outfits. I was really impressed with this line. Loreal just recently came out with a whole new nail polish collection! After trying this nail polish out I love that it lasted a whole week without zero chipping! I'll definitely be purchasing more of this collection !

&& here's a lovely photo of my wonderful boyfriend & I from dinner on the island this past weekend. It means the world to me that till this day we always always always go out for dinner and have alone time with each other. I feel that quality time is very important in a lasting relationship. He's the most beautiful kind hearted person I have ever met in my entire life. He truly treats me like a queen 24/7. I'm planning on a blog post on just the boyfriend & I coming soon :)

Here's a quick post on a few items I picked up today from Target. I loveee Target, I'm always putting things in my basket that I don't even need...but definitely WANT.

MAYBELLINE BABY LIPS
I finally got my hands on these..&& it was a plus because they came in a double pack! This lip products are lip moisturizer that are tinted and come in clear as well.
The clear one (blue bottle) is called Quenched.. I've already opened up the package and I lovee the way my lips feel already! The pink tinted one is called "Pink Punch" I've tried it out already also, it has a nice pink tint to it. This product was $5.99, which was good..$3 for each :) I'll definitely make a repurchase on these for sure!

DOVE DAMAGE THERAPY
I'm a huge sucker for any hair treatments, I love love taking good care of my hair. I found this Dove daily moisture treatment and I'm excited to try it out.
This is a daily leave in conditioner to help damaged hair..I straighten my hair so much & I know it's not very good for your hair so I loveee a good leave in product. We'll see how this works! It smells amazing.

Such a pretty light green color. Definitely an "apple tree" color! I don't have a nail polish this color so I had to bring it home to me !

FINALLY.
I've wanted this nail polish so badly! Every time I would go and look for it, it has always been sold out. Today was my lucky day. I love how much glitter this product has.. I'm so excited to try it out ! I'll definitely post photos when I try this out.

NICOLE by OPI Clear Top Coat
My original Sally Hansen Top Coat was ready to be thrown in the trash already since I have used up all the product! I found this lovely one today and wanted to give it a try. Top Coat is always important to put over your nails to prevent chipping!

NEW LOREAL:
300 " Walk on the Beach "
Loreal has a brand new line of nail polishes out ! They had so many pretty colors!
Today I just got a nude color since I have been on a hunt for one! It's gorgeous, I'm excited to try them out! I don't remember the price but I know it was less then $6 :)

Neutrogena Healthy Skin Foundation
I loveee trying out new foundations! I have such a huge variety - from high end to drug store. I got this foundation in 80 Medium Beige, I had a coupon for any Neutrogena product so I ended up only paying I believe $7 for this one.. (originally $11.99) I've always heard such great reviews on this one so let's see how it works out & I'll definitely do a review on it soon!

Neutrogena Moisture Shine Gloss
I've tried one of the Neutrgoena glosses before and I was so impressed! My lips felt so smooth all day long. This is also a lip protector but has a shimmery tint to it as well. This color is called "Natural Boost"

Revlon Lip Butter
I've been obsessed with these lately ! Cotton Candy is probably my favorite. I am beyond impressed with the quality of these lip butters ! I picked up another one today in "Candy Apple" it was a gorgeous red tint to it. These are at such good prices you can't beat them.. they are priced at $6.99 I believe.. but I believe at CVS & Walgreens they may be a little more pricey. This are always a must and recommend these for sure !

Sally Hansen Salon Effects
I've always always always been a huge fan of the salon effects and now they are coming out with so many designs! I picked up this one today it's called "Lust-Rous" You can't tell so much in the photo but they have gold & silver sparkles over a black top coat. I've never been disappointed in these, many people aren't a fan of these but they have always been on the top of my list. These are about $9 - I never get tired of these ! :)

Jewelry Organization

Hey darlings! Recently, I have been jewelry left & right as if I'm holding my very own jewelry showcase. I'm a big fan of accessories, the biggest. I feel that they are such a good statement. You can always dress up any simple outfit and make any glam outfit pop out even more with any wardrobe. The photo above is how I keep MOST of my jewelry (I have tons scattered all over my computer desk as well) but for the most part I have them on my vintage jewelry case my Grandma gave me. One of my presents for Christmas was this vintage looking jewelry holder that my Mom gave me && I probably put it to good use! I took a few photos to give you guys some organization tips :)

These are MOST of my rings..(some are at the bottom of my purse, my car, my computer desk..) yes, I have millions. I 'm a huge ring person.
I'm actually on a hunt right now for a vintage looking bowl to keep my rings but I really like how I am able to view all my rings on top of my jewelry box. I just have such a large amount that I'm looking for another way but the way I keep my rings right now - I'm loving it.

This is the new jewelry holder that is happily in my room now. I love how vintage it looks.

& here's the finishing project! I didn't want to over do it with of course all my necklaces but I wanted to keep my smaller ones on here and the ones I usually wear a lot more during the day. At the bottom I have a few nail polishes that I have been wearing a lot lately. I love the way it looks on my night stand. I have a candle that I have placed in front of it and some fashion books I keep behind it.. I have this right next to my night stand. I'm really loving it. I'm also keeping the rings I wear the most on here as well. You'll see more up close photos down below.

I'm still not done completely organizing all my jewelry but for the most part - this tiny project of fixing up my jewelry holder worked out pretty well. I hope this little post helped you guys get a little taste on jewelry organization!

Here is a quick post on some of my nail polishes of the month that I have been loving.

MAC: Immortal God
I received tons of compliments when I wore this nail polish out. It was my first time using any MAC nail polish because I have always thought they were very overpriced. ($14.50) but I gave in and finally purchased one. It's such a unique color..I love love love it. It's a dark green with a light yellow under tone. So gorgeous.

KLEAN COLOR: 7 PEARL SILVER

This is such a fun night time nail look. Dark silver with tons of glitter.

NICOLE by OPI: Wear Something Spar-Kylie
This was also another brand of nail polish I have never tried & I was really impressed. It lasted a good week without any chipping at all and thats because at the time of doing my nails I couldn't find my top coat. The glitter was just the right amount and wasn't as hard to take off as usual glitter nail polish.

I've been picking up tons of new nail polishes lately so I will be posting up tons of more nail polish looks soon :)

I picked up a few items yesterday from Target & wanted to share them with you. I've been on a nail polish hunt! Ive been getting tons of new nail polishes! You can never have enough nail polishes :) So let's get started on my new wonderful items!

The famous YES TO CUCUMBERS hypoallergenic facial towelettes
( Best of Beauty Award Winner in Allure Magazine 2011 )

I'm always always always trying out new make up remover towelettes. This is my 2nd time purchasing these, I love them. They leave your skin feeling ( & smelling ) so FRESH. These little babies are ONLY $5.99 for 30 sheets :) which is a great bargain knowing you only pay a good 6 bucks for an item that you get to use for a month. These are good for a night that you are exhausted ( or just lazy ) to take off your make up. We've all had those days and these make over remover towelettes always come in handy. These always come in my daily night routine. I use these 1st to remove all my make up & then I go on with all my other cleaners to make sure I remove all dirt & oil. It's so very important for you skin! You skin always seems to seem more youthful when you really take care of it :) ( & you are less likely to get much acne ) (big plus) So yeah, I really recommend these! :)

New 2012 Planner
I am obsessed with writing down everything. I feeling organized and having everything at the palm of my hands. I have been on a hunt for a good planner and found this one. I loveeee when my planners are pretty large. I like to be able to write a ton of things. Plus, I like the larger print. I'm always jotting down something whether it is plans, homework, future blogs, inspiration quotes, anything and everything!

This pink glitter top coat will look amazing over a black coat or any other color you would want to put over. I love the large glitter detail. It's going to make such a fun statement on your nails. I've already tested it out even alone on my nails and it's the perfect glitter amount. It isn't thick at all.

I was finally able to pick up some of the "Kardashian Kolor" line ! I wanted to pick up the entire line but most of them were sold out. I've heard tons of great reviews on how pigmented these nail polishes are so it was time to get some for myself. & I am so surprised at all pigmented that truly are! These are my first "Nicole" purchases and after playing around with them I'm really liking them!

A couple of days ago it was my best friends birthday! She had a blast && I was so happy to see her excited for her big day!

OOTN: Vera Wang leopard heels - These are probably the most comfortable heels I have ever owned! I love the strap it makes my feel more secure in my heels and they never slip off :) Big plus!

Betsy Johnson watch! My mom got me this watch for Christmas! I'm going to love love wearing this watch during the Spring/Summer time! A white watch always stand outs :) I love how unique this watch is and the simplicity.

These earrings were a gift from my cousin for Christmas. I don't have any in this style so I'm excited to wear these especially for the Summer time! The meaning of these earrings are so touching "thought to stimulate an atmosphere of non-judgement & self acceptance"

I picked up these little ones at Forever21 - they caught my eye because of how small they are yet they are such a statement. I loveee these with a high bun. <3

These vintage looking earrings were a gift for Chritmas. I love how huge they are & I love the vintage look they give off. These will definitely go worn with my hair tied back in a pony tail or a high bun.

Hello, gorgeous ring! I purchased this little beauty at the mall. I love HUGE rings. I have such a large collection of huge rings. You can pair a big ring with such a simple outfit and dress it up in an instant!

Grabbed this little baby and had it in my shopping bag in less than 2 seconds. It was such a good price & this will look great with a plain white V-neck. This necklace is also extremely long- which I really like! Nice & simple.

Gorgeous long silver/gold earrings I purchased at Charolette Russe. They are so shiny (it doesn't show up on the picture) BUT yeah, they have such a nice sparkle to them. Not too much but not too little.

Gold/black statement ring. Anytime Charlotte Russe has the 3 jewelry pieces for $10 - I always pick up a few items. You can't beat that bargain! I've never had any problems with their jewelry line - prices are reasonable and the jewelry always catches my eye! :)

This Christmas was one of the best. It wasn't about the presents for me it was more being surrounded with all my family & my boyfriend. My favorite part of Christmas is getting together with everyone & watching their reaction when they open up presents you get them. My boyfriend out did it this year for not only me but for my family as well. If you guys follow me on Facebook you guys saw the photos! He is truly amazing. All in all - I had such a beautiful time. I've realized every single day how incredibly blessed I am. I have so much positive vibe all around me. My family, friends and my wonderful boyfriend. I'm excited to see what this new year will have in store for not only myself - but my family, friends and boyfriend. Positive thoughts will only bring positive outcomes. I'm so happy with life & have such a different mind set than what I had a couple of years ago. I've learned to appreciate the little things, because in the end those are the little moments you are going to forever remember. My family, friends & boyfriend mean the world to me. I have such a huge family & some of the greatest friends...my boyfriend also.. he is the most wonderful man in the world any girl can ever ask for. I hope this year is full of happiness and love to all my gorgeous little readers.

Holiday Nails

hi lovely readers,
It feels like it has been FOREVER since I have last wrote a blog! I've gained even more followers so a big hello to all my new gorgeous ladies!
Here are some photos of my "holiday nails" I had for Christmas Eve/Christmas!
This was pretty easy to you & it's completely up to you on how much glitter you want on your nails :) I purchased both of these OPI's at Target for about $8.99 I believe.

The first photo (above) is called CONGENIALITY IS MY MIDDLE NAME, it's a dark dark fuchsia color - it caught my eye walking down the nail polish section. It's gorgeous & Christmas popped in my mind when I saw it !

IN LOVE! This OPI glitter is called CROWN ME ALREADY, as you can tell in the photo above all the tiny sequence in this nail polish. I thought it would come out clumpy but it's all up to how much you want on your nails. I tried it on my bare nail & with even one coat it came out pretty nice but with two more coats the glitter was so pigmented! I love it, (: Definitely recommend this nail polish!

After I coated my nails with CONGENIALITY IS MY MIDDLE NAME (2 coats) & let them dry a bit...I then slowly put a good amount of CROWN ME ALREADY only on the tip of all my nails..after a few seconds on letting them dry I then slowly got a small/medium amount of glitter on my brush and slowly pushed down the glitter to the middle of my nails. I wanted the "faded" look of glitter on my nails. After that was done, I used my Sally Hansen top coat and put them all over my nails & ta-da! Holiday Nails! I love love love the way they came out, this is the first time I've done this look & so many people were complimenting it. I'm planning a look like this for New Year's!

I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas..my Christmas was truly wonderful! My family && boyfriend made this year the best it has ever been! I'm feeling more blessed than I ever have & I couldn't be more thankful! My room is flooded with presents it's unreal. I hope all of you had an amazing time with your family!

New Revlon Nail Polish. In love

hiiiii lovely bloggers of mine,
I'm in love love love with this gorgeous nail polish, so in love I decided to write a quick post on this lovely new item that has found a new home in my room along with all my other nail polishes.
This Revlon color is in number 940 & is called "Facests of Fuchia" I purchased it at Target a couple of days - it caught my attention and was thrown in my basket.
It is from the Revlon FALL 2011 Collection by Gucci Westman "EXPRESSIONISTS"
It's GORGEOUS, the details in this nail polish stand out so much, it's not your typical clumpy glitter nail polish at all. It has such a fun "holiday" look, as soon as I tried it on..."NEW YEARS" popped in my head :) I've always loved Revlon nail polishes they last quite a long time & with barely any chipping.

This is one of my favorite TOP COATS, Sally Hansen MEGA SHINE. I put this on almost every shade I ever wear on my nails. It makes your nail polish stand out even more & prevents from chipping. Also, if you tend to have a few streaks on your nail polish but don't want to put another coat of nail polish to prevent it from looking clumpy the top coat is good to even your nail polish out. I got this at Target as well, but a few months ago. If you can't find this exact one, ALL of Sally Hansen products are awesome :) A top coat is definitely important for your nails, you nail polish stays on a LOT longer & you always get a nice shine over your nails.

This nail polish is very very pigmented - I used 3 coats only because I wanted it to look extra dark purple :) Above, I took a quick photo just so you can see how well even 1 coat will look on your nails.

Above photo is from the Revlon website - of all the other items in this collection in case you all wanted to check it out just go to Revlon.com :) All the products are so gorgeous. I'm definitely going back to get some of their eyeshadows for this collection, I'm pretty sure they are limited edition items so get them while they still have them.

hii to my newest followers (waves at screen with huge smile) & an adorable thank you for all your sweet emails. I love love love getting random emails on beauty related questions!
Here are a few items I picked up - that I definitely didn't need but definitely wanted. I'm excited for all these items and wanted to share them with you.

China Glaze - 963 Blue Iguana
This color is amazing. So bright & has the perfect shimmer look.

Revlon - 940 Facets of Fuchsia
This reminds me of a fun New Year's color I would love to wear. It has a confetti look to it - it's so pretty!

OPI - Step Right Up!
Light pink nude, gorgeous.

Essie - Imported Bubbly
A lighter nude.
I've been loving* the nude nail look, you can never go wrong with that color.

Finally got my hands on these little babies. The times I have checked they've been sold out or only have the darker shades left over. I got lucky today and picked out these two gorgeous colors. I am beyond impressed on how pigmented these are!
Revlon Color Burst Lip Butter
Cotton Candy - I couldn't believe how well this color came on my lips. These aren't considered "lip sticks" but more of a tinted lip conditioner. But they are so pigmented, I'm in loveee with this color. It's a baby doll pink. Not to bright, yet not to dull. I was so surprised to see how well the color is - it has the illusion you are wearing a lipstick. Definitely one of my favorites. I also love love the packaging, they aren't your original lip butter that comes in a little tin can & the color of the packaging is literally the color you get. I love it.

Creme Brulee - The perfect nude.
I'm always a sucker for the perfect nude shade. This color is so creamy. Your lips feel extremely moisturized yet gives the impression you are wearing a lipstick. love love love.

These were both $7.49.

Philosophy - Salt Water Taffy.
Shampoo, shower gel & bubble bath.
lemon taffy scent. I purchased this at TjMaxx, I love love that store. You can find so many fun treasures. This has the most fresh scent ever. I think it also on sale (woohoo) for only about $8, these are normally about $16 so half of that was a good bargain. There is so much product in this bottle - it will last you a good amount of time.

H20 Tango Mango Body Buffer
For clean & smooth looking skin you always need a good exfoliator. I exfoliate my face at least 2 maybe 3 times a week. I found this body buffer also at TjMaxx and decided to give it a try. I used it a few days ago & I loveeee how you can really feel the texture of this body buffer work.
"A multi-textured scrub sensation that combines nourishing extracts of kiwi, apricot, orange and lemon peel to help soften and energize the skin"
I love how fresh it smells & it leaves your skin feeling extra soft..AND it was only about $6 - hello bargain!

The wonderful Burt's Bee. $5.49
I love these. I don't even need to write about these. They are the best :)
These have a pink grapefruit taste, sweeet.
Vitamins C & E for your lips.

Sonia Kashuk - Concealer Palette - Hidden Agenda 07 $8.99
Two concealer shades, one neutralizer and one translucent powder.
This little package is adorable. I've heard many many many good reviews on this little concealer package so I decided to pick it up & give it a try :)

I wore these new babies all day long today on my Christmas shopping day & they are the most comfortable boots ever! & They were a bargain which makes me love them even more. They were regular $59.99 && on sale for $29.99 (score!) They are perfect with skinny jeans or leggings :) & in the summer you can even pair them with little shorts & a cute tank! They aren't thick at all, which I love about them. I didn't want a pair I can ONLY wear when it's cold & these were the perfect ones! :)

Bright blue flats :)
You can never have enough flats. I don't own a pair of blue flats so I had to have these. I love wearing bright colored flats with an outfit to make them stand out. They are pretty comfy also :)

My insane makeup collection..that's not even HALF of all my makeup. It continues to grow & I love it. I love that I am able to have all this NOT only for MYSELF but for all my friends and family for ANYTHING they need a make over they know where to come :)

I wanted to share with you all my new iPhone case I decorated & share some fun tips.
This honestly ONLY took about a good 20 mins :) This is what happens when you are in the mood to decorate and your iPhone case is right next to you. I've been meaning to decorate my case since I first purchased it but I hadn't had a chance to sit down and get my materials ready.

I've been getting tons of compliments & tons of "I don't have the patience to do that" or "How long did that take you!!"... 20 mins tops :)
& this all costs less than $8!
First & foremost (& to have your phone unique) look around your room and see what little arts and crafts you may already have. The little camera I have on my case is actually from a Forever21 necklace I've had for quite a long time (it was only $1.50) & since I have quite a few of those small necklaces I decided to use it as an accessory. Also, the eiffel tower is actually an earring! (Also from Forever21 & was only $1.50 as well) But I lost the other earring so I figured it would go great on my phone. The heart button was on the bottom of an old arts & crafts box I had & the little key as well. The only items I purchased were the little "bling" decorations. I purchased them at Michael's - they came in a little pack with purple, white, light pink and bright pink & purple for only about $2.99 & the little decorations at the bottom of my case also purchased at Michael's for about $2.99.
I used super glue for this little project & also cut in half a q-tip to help me place the little jewels on my phone. I 1st placed the camera, eiffel tower, little key, and square decorations on my phone were I wanted to glue them & placed those on my phone 1st. Then all I did was grab my super glue and place it on a good medium size & quickly grabbed the end of a q-tip that I cut in half & slowly started grabbing the jewels and placing them all over my phone. Within 20 mins. I was done & had a brand new phone case.
Also, at the end of this little project I put clear nail polish over everything just to make sure everything stays in place. && ta-da! :)

hey gorgeous ladies,
I wanted to share with you all my new make up brush holder :)
I've been on a hunt for a unique way to hold my brushes. I didn't want an original clear glass holder or keep them in my make up zip up bag, something different is always fun. I came across this coffee mug at TjMaxx & thought it would be the PERFECT yet unique place to hold my brushes. The cup was only $2.99, TjMaxx is definitely a place to find hidden treasures! Every single time I walk in to that store it gives me inspiration to want to transform my room. I also love most of their prices are set at bargain prices. I'm loving this mug for my brushes it keeps them neat & gives off a nice look that goes perfect for my room.

On some random exciting news, I'm planning of designing business cards for my freelance makeup. I feel it is finally time to make that next step. All these little things excite me to put myself out there. So many people are given a talent & don't seem to use it. Many people are afraid to put themselves out there. I'm not. I want the world to see my talents & this is everything I love. Make up & photography and sharing beauty tips/reviews. The sweetest thing in the world that melts my heart is how much my boyfriend believes in me, every day he tells me how proud he is for always working so hard at what I love the most. I'm truly grateful for this life & never want to take a single day for granted. Life is too short to be anything but happy.

Here are a few lovely new Dior products I have received && that I am so glad to own because I'm loving these new babies! The above photos is from work one day! We were showing off our new Dior gift packages && our display was amazing !

DiorSkin Shimmer in 001 - $44.00

The blush has been selling like crazy at our counter. It's gorgeous, the first time I tried it on myself I fell in lovee with it. It has 4 different shades of blush and 1 gorgeous hightlighter on the left side. When I use this on my clients I usually use a powder blush and then slightly get a big powder brush and sweep it all over this palette & place is slowly over the apple of their cheek bones. Sometimes, I will even use this shimmer over my face to give me a nice glow. This is considered a "all over shimmer" compact. I loveee it.

Dior Addict Lipgloss - $27.50

The gorgeous lipgloss was kindly sent to me. This is such a "holiday" && Fall color. It's in Draped Lilac. I've worn it out a couple of times && it's definitely a long lasting color. I wore this color with very light eye makeup, just simple black eyeliner && mascara since this has a lot of color. It has a very ultra gloss to it.

DiorShow Eyebrow pencil - $28.00

This is honestly another product that definitely sells a lot. This eyebrow pencil is a universal color - it can fit anyone's shape of brows && color of skin/hair. It gives such a natural look, and all it takes is a few strokes. There is tons of product & is long lasting.

DiorShow Blackout Mascara $24.50

The BLACKEST mascara, ever! This mascara is 10x BLACKER than any other mascara. The blacker the mascara the more of an illusion you give off to thicker lashes. I been using this mascara for the past two weeks && I see such a difference. It lengthens & give your lashes tons of volume.

The amazing AirFlash Foundation $62.00

This product as well, was kindly sent to me. I was so happy to receive this! I use this on almost all my clients and it has been our #1 seller at the counter. This is an "airbrush" type of foundation. You apply this on a flat brush and slowly blend it into your skin. It is a little pricey, BUT the investment is worth it. All you need is two pumps a day, one pump for one side of the face & one more pump for the other side of your face. This product has full coverage, you don't even need to apply a powder over it but you can just to set it. Many customers were VERY skeptical about this foundation thinking there was no way a spray can have this much coverage, once I tried it on them & showed them the proper way to apply it - they were blown away.

My Dior experience

Hello my gorgeous little readers,
I love love love when I put time aside for "blog time" I sit cuddled up in a blanket & listen to music...It's so relaxing to me.

As you all read in a previous blog & for those of your that follow my Twitter or Facebook I recently got hired by Dior as their Freelance Make Artist for the holiday season. It has been one of the greatest experience ever I am taking every moment it. I've always always tried to get with a make up company & for some reason it never happened, I almost got a position with Chanel a couple of years ago but it just wasn't my time. I told myself one day I would work for a high end make up company - & NOW I am proud to say I do. I set my mind to it & accomplished something I had always dreamed of. The funny thing is, it came to me without me even looking anymore. I was shopping at the mall & the Dior manager spotted me & my "make up" asked me questions I told her I was confident when it came to make up & applying it to people & that this was my passion - she got my information..a couple of days later she called me & went in to speak to her..thankfully she loved me but then the serious interview was the next day with Dior's Account Executive that flew in from Dallas just to meet me. I won't lie I was TERRIFIED, but I told myself "just go in there & do what you love to do." She walks in looking like a million dollar celebrity along with the top trainer for Dior which gave me a little fright. We meet, do some talking..& she says "This is our TOP make up artist & TOP trainer for Dior...take off all her make up & do a full make over on her - show me what you got!" My heart dropped but I was ready. I gave her a facial gave her a "day time" to "night time" look with the same shadow palette - I was nervous knowing this is their TOP Dior executive but once I started playing around with the make up all my little butterflies went away - THEY LOVED IT. Completely fell in love the main Account Executive takes a look while slowly turns her face looks at me "You got it, I want you to work a huge event tomorrow 12-8 can you make it" I wanted to cry, I almost screamed YES without even knowing if I had anything planned. I walked out feeling on top of the world. I sent a massive text to my boyfriend, family & friends "I officially work for DIOR!!!" Every single response made me teary "I knew it !!" "Omg I am soo proud of you!" My boyfriends especially made me cry, he was so proud & took me out to dinner and wanted to hear every single detail.

The next day was a HUGE EVENT for Dior, their Top Artists from Dallas flew down. I was nervous but they were my role models for the day. They were willing to show me a huge amount of tips. All my nervousness went away, I knew I was meant to do this. My very first "make over" on a client my new boss was shadowing me - I did what I knew and I made my client feel comfortable..after that ..I did at least 14 other make overs. They loved it & wanted to purchase every product. As I watch the other artists I realized they were in my shoes one day.. a little nervous, intimidated by such great experience they may have, and big dreams. I realized you need to start from the bottom to make it to the top. I realized you need to continue to put yourself out there & show the world your talents and it will all be returned to you one day. I realized you need to take in all the tips and tricks you possibly can because in the make up industry there is a never ending tips for you to know. My optimistic mind never went south & because of that I got the job I have always wanted.

Here is a photo of a make over I did a couple of days ago :) She absolutely loved it. I got her out of her comfort zone. She mentioned to me she "wants to wear colors, but I'm a little scared" I told her change is fun & it's a great way to express yourself. After showing her once I was finished she even got teary "I feel beautiful, thank you" best feeling in the world.

These are two looks I had a couple of days at work. My make up for work is usually a "dramatic look" - smokey fun eyes & a bright fun lipstick. I'm not afraid of color/change, it's a way I express myself. I get excited to do my make up for work - I have to wear all black, so my uniform is pretty much how I do my eye makeup. I am the youngest working for them so my boss pushes me even more to do my make up "dramatic" to get customers to want to try our amazing products.

I think the best feeling in the world is after I am done doing a make up & let them see the mirror they sometimes can't believe the way they look & they will just look at me and say "I've never felt so beautiful" or "thank you I feel very confident" "Your work is breathtaking" best feeling ever!

Top questions I usually always get while I am giving a make over & having conversation with my clients...

"Who taught you how to do make up?"
No one :) I learned on myself. Ever since middle school I was always playing around with make up, then high school I was always the friend that would do everyones make up for dances or occasions. I feel that practice makes perfect. If I'm home after a long day & all done with everything I need for that day - I'll play around with eye shadows and come up with different looks just for fun. I am a self taught artist, I gather any tips I possibly can. Everyday I learn something new about make up, I read up magazines, anything and everything to learn something.

"Do you have a YouTube channel I can follow so I can learn more?"

ahhhh, I NEED TO START. I honestly have just had zero time since it's the ending of a semester but hopefully by next week I can have a day! I want to do shopping hauls, how to, tutorials, everything! I loveeee sharing everything I know :)

"Do you have any advice for me, I am JUST getting into make up & I have no idea what to do"

PLAY AROUND WITH IT :) You'll never know if you don't "like a look" if you don't mess around with your colors. Have fun with it. Have different looks, try fun colors to get out of your comfort zone. Practice on yourself once your home with nothing to do. Start by purchasing good quality products at a Drugstore, Target, CVS to learn more & once you feel you are confident you can start investing in higher brand make up - not that you have to, but only if you want too :)

NAKED palette makes me happy

Hey gorgeous dolls,
I finally got my hands on the new NAKED palette that I have been after since it first came out not too long ago but every time I would go to my Sephora it was SOLD OUT, of course because it's gorgeous! The boyfriend purchased me this item because he's adorable and loves to make my day! I'm loving all these colors, these colors are all everyday looks! You can use this palette for a whole month and come up with so many different looks! :) I'm excited to play around with this little baby - I already have actually :) I have some swatches for you down below so you can see how pigmented these colors are!

This palette is $48.00, I purchased mine at Sephora but you can also find it at Ulta or online if you wish :) This is definitely worth the price because you get a tons of product. You can definitely go from a day look to a night look just alone with this product. I'll definitely be carrying this palette with me on roadtrips instead of taking lots of individual eyeshadows. It has everything you need and it even came with their amazing eyeshadow primer - which is a PLUS!
You can go from a school day look, work look, night time look, natural morning look all in on palette, lovely.

I'm obsessed with this product - this is my 2nd time buying this item. My last skinfinish lasted over a year!! It is a little pricey but it has tons of product and definitely LASTS!
Description: A luxurious velvet-soft powder with high-frost metallic finish. Smoothes on: adds buffed-up highlights to cheeks, or an overall ultra-deluxe polish to the face.
I sometimes use this to highlight my cheekbones or if days I feel my face looks a little pale I'll grab my large powder brush && sweep it all over my face for the perfect glow :)

Naked lunch is one of my favorites & this is the 2nd time of me purchasing :) I loveee using this as a highlighter under my brows or on simple days where I go for a more natural look and just want a nice shimmer color. This is a must product it's gorgeous!

This is the first time of me purchasing this product, so far I'm loving this! I wanted a good conditioner for my lips & was introduced to this lovely product by one of the MAC make up artists. Not only does this condition your lips but it gives the most gorgeous tinted color on your lips! It has a light maroon color to it perfect for fall. While your conditioning your lips you also get a perfect color that can go with any skin color. And a plus side, it even tastes good! A strawberry taste for sure. I'm been using this the past couple of days and it gives my lips such a soft feel. I will be purchasing this item again for sure!

This was love at first sight. This is one of their limited edition colors. It's gorgeous! It's a beautiful gold/darker green look. This is also a great fall color. THIS IS GORGEOUS. I don't even think this color needs a description :) It's beautiful. I can't wait to wear this lipstick, I'll definitely be sporting this lip color this weekend & post a few photos. I can't wait to wear this color with a fun smokey look on my eyes. There is "no rule" but sometimes I like make my lips a statement and my eyes a little less but other days I love doing both a smokey glam look on the eyes and a bright pink lipstick such as this one with bronzer on my cheeks instead of too much pink :)

This is a more darker shade of pink, to make it a less dark and more shimmery you can add any other clear gloss over your lips. It's such a pretty pretty pretty shade of pink, definitely on the darker side but it's always fun to change up your look.

Gorgeous pinkish nude color. Another great fall shade when you work your eyes more and give yourself a smokey eye look. This can definitely be an "everyday" look for your lips because it has such a nice and natural look. I actually wore this lip color today and it lasted almost half of the day without any crease. It has a great shade of pink/nude for the perfect color for your lips.

I've been after this brush for such a long time! This is the perfect brush for applying foundation & for your pressed powder. The products you use on this brush stay on the top of the brush since it is a flat surface & doesn't leave any "fall out" on your clothes like most large brushes. I've been using this brush since I got it & it is amazing. Again, this brush is a little pricey but worth the investment.

Description: Baked minerals refined into a powder formula to provide exceptionally sheer and lightweight application.

This color is so gorgeous & I know this is the blush that Kim Kardashians make up artist always talks about. It has the most gorgeous glow to your cheeks and has the perfect pink color. You don't even have to apply twice to your cheeks just a one time sweep to both of your cheeks and you have some gorgeous looking glowing cheeks.

Favorite Drug Store Foundation

I'm definitely going to try && keep up with my blogs. I love love love sharing all my favorites, my tips, organization tips, photos, anything and everything with you all. You guys leave me the sweetest comments, emails, tweets, messages all of it is very much appreciated and I love getting back to you ladies. If you all have any fun requests you all would love for me to write about drop a comment & I will definitely post it.
Now back to this review.
This is by far my favorite drug store foundation && concealer.
This is Revlon's Photo Ready foundation && concealer - both in color Medium. I've used it many many times & I absolutely love it. It leaves this great shimmer on your face that gives you a nice glow. I've read many other reviews & most reviews state they don't like the "shimmer look" but I absolutely love it. I've used this many times on myself && also while doing make up on other people. I recently used this on one of my clients that she had an event to go to and she fell in love with the product. The cost is very friendly, the foundation itself was only $11.99 - the bottle has tons of product & it has lasts me quite a long time. The concealer costs $8.99 - I purchase these items at Target but you can purchase it at WalMart, CVS, Walgreens, Ulta - or any store that carries cosmetics. I definitely recommend this product, I love love love it. I do have tons of other high brand concealers but it's always good to have a variety. Since it's "photo ready" all the photos that I have taken while wearing this foundation gives you a light shimmery glow to your face. The concealer gives you great coverage - I don't use a TON of concealer - mainly just under my eyes, T- zone, and any spotty marks I may have on my face. I used to be iffy about drug store foundations & always thought there was no way they would give me the coverage compared to MAC & other higher end brands but this product definitely does :) So if you're just starting in make up or looking for a new good foundation/concealer definitely try this one :)

Halloween outfit and make up for the night

Hey lovely ladies,
Wow, it seems like forever since I have had time to sit down and blog. School has been busy and I haven't had any "girl time" to just sit down and relax. Now it's time. By the way thank you ALL for your sweet comments on my "peacock" inspiration look, I loved reading them! And also to the sweet emails I get ! :) I hope everyone had a blast on Halloween! This Halloween was a blast, as you can see my our fun photo on top my best friend && I were Thing1 & Thing2. Our costume was a hit, it was honestly a blast getting dressed up and dancing around in our tutu & wearing our wig (that took forever to actually hide all our hair ! ) But at the end, we loved loved loved our costume! I did our make up very dramatic with tons of glitter, pictures down below our our eye make up. A little tip on wearing a wig...lol.. since we didn't have a lot of time to really pin it up like we had planned...my other friend had an extra panty hose that we cut up in less than 10 mins to put our hair in it so our wig we look normal, well since we did it extra fast it didn't work but if we HAD done it the right way like our friend it would have worked wonderfully ! So if you're ever planning on wearing a wig - do the panty hose trick! Cut a medium to large piece of the panty hose, pin your hair up with tons of bobby pins, and then slip on the panty hose to secure your hair in place and add the wig - and BAM! A wonderful perfect wig with no hair sticking out. (Our hair was definitely sticking out a little in the back, thank goodness it was dark) All in all - this was such a fun halloween costume. The tutu, the wig, the dramatic eye make up, and homemade shirts thanks to my lovely friends. I photos below of my eye make up, eye liner, and mascara I used on this look. Enjoy :)

For the different blue eyes shadows and highlighter below my eyebrow - they all came from the lovely 120 Palette, you can find it on Amazon, Ebay or any cosmetics website. For only about $22 :)

For my blue eyeliner I used my favorite eyeliner ever, Lancome's liquid eyeliner in Midnight Glam.

This product ALWAYS comes in handy, once I was done with my eye shadows I used a small eye shadow brush to place tons of glitter over my eyes and under my eyes to give us a dramatic look.

Mascara for the night :: Lancome Doll Lashes. This mascara does wonders on my lashes, tons of volume - no clumpy lashes.

Peacock make up inspried look.

Hey gorgeous dolls,
This was such a fun look to play around with ! Two of my friends are going to be peacocks for Halloween && asked me to do a peacock inspired look for them :) They both sent me the same photo so last night I decided to play around w/ my makeup and ta-daa!! Here's how it came out :) I thought it was going to be a bit hard but it actually wasn't that hard. For the "feather" looking designs on my eyes I used a brown eyeliner. After priming my eyes I did the feather design 1st..&& then started to add the rest of the colors by slowly blending and trying my best not to let the other shadows come together w/ the feather design. All of the eyeshadows I used for this look were all from my 120 palette, you can find this palette on Ebay or Amazon :) The 120 palette is probably the greatest palette I have ever purchased. Mine was actually all the way from Hong Kong - not kidding. lol. The packaging was insane! I've had this palette for over 3 years & I love it. I used a blue eyeliner instead of a black eyeliner to give it more of a fun look. Also, once I was completely done I put a little of my MAC glitter over my lids with a blending brush (just one stroke of glitter) This was such a fun look, to add a little statement to it I added a little peacock feather I had in my room & pinned it down with some bobby pins - & some leaf earrings that went w/this look :) Hope you all enjoy the photos!

Hello my beautiful followers,
This past weekend my beautiful best friend married the love of her life! It was one of the most memorable weekends I have ever had in such a long time. I realized how truly lucky I am to be surrounded with such a huge group of friends that are like family to me. I had the honor to be one of her bridesmaid & to do her makeup. It was not your original fancy wedding - it was a beautiful country wedding. We all wore boots & blue jean dresses. Simple yet different. It was perfect. I wasn't the photographer for their wedding since I came out but I was able to take tons of beautiful photos I wanted to share with you all :) Most of you all follow my Twitter and have been asking to see some of the photos - here are some :) It was such a bonding time with all my beautiful friends, we made some of the greatest memories in the world that no one can ever imagine. Life without your friends is no life at all. You need your girlfriends :) Friendship is so important to me. All in all - the wedding was fabulous. The bride looked gorgeous, her make up was flawless. I was her little personal make up artist touching up her make up every once in a while. We all two stepped the entire night, sang kareoke, and laughed like there was no tomorrow. It's times like these where I realize how truly blessed I am to have this amazing life and to share it with you all and my friends! Enjoy the photos. xo.

hi my beautiful readers,
I haven't blogged in what seem like forever. This past weekend my best friend got married !! It was the greatest week & weekend ever. The bachelorette party && wedding was amazing. I'm going to write a blog & show you all tons of photos of the lovely moments caught on my camera :)
This was my make up for the day a couple of days ago & took some photos to share with you all. It was a fun purple look that I haven't done in a while. Here are a few photos of how it looks up close. Enjoy.

^^^ MAC Reflects Transparent Teal glitter, I added a tiny bit of glitter over the purple eye shadow to give it a fun different look. This is by far my favorite MAC glitter ever. You can put it over almost any eye shadow to give it a fun sparkly look.

^^^ MAC Purple Shower && MAC Sushi Flower. I played around with these two color && blended blended blended blended which is the secret to get any fun smokey look.

First of all, a big hello to my newest followers :::waves at laptop:::: (: & by the way I love love love reading all your comments and all your sweet Twitter comments as well :) This was my make up look a couple of days ago I posted a photo on my Facebook page but wanted to show you more photos & the eyeshadows I used on this look. This is a simple yet a little smokey look. This was a day look with only MAC Naked Lunch and made it into a night time look when I added MAC Club Satin & a little MAC Carbon (photos posted below) You can dress up any day look to night time look with any darker shade. Blending is the #1 secret to get this look, you need a blending brush to get a smokey dramatic eye. I used my MAC blending brush but ANY blending brush you find at Target, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS will give you this look as well. I get plenty of comments on this look and will definitely be filming a YouTube video for this look. This week is going to be nuts & next week - crazy busy. Once these two weeks are over with I'm going to start making my videos - I can't wait ! Here are the photos of the MAC eyeshadows I used for this look. Enjoy.

Closet inspiration.

I love love love inspiration. Here are a couple of celebrity closet inspiration. I've become obsessed with keeping my closet organized lately, you're able to view your clothes more clearly once everything is nice and clearly set up. My next move is to put all my clothes by color. I've organized my shoes/boots as well. A little fun tip I do with my boots is stick two magazines inside each one so they're able to stand up tall instead of falling over. In order to keep more space in my closet I don't hang up tank tops & T-shirts I wear when I'm just around the house, I also don't hang up my jeans - which leaves plenty of space for all my blouses, dresses, skirts, jackets etc.. I also have an organizer hanger for my scarves that I absolutely loveeee & comes in handy since I have tons! I'm able to hang it in the corner of my closet & view all my scarves. Another favorite organizer of mine in my closet are medium clear containers - I have 6 of them in my closet - I store all my pjs, tanks, tee's, and leggings in there. Having my closet extremely organized makes it fun to get ready in the mornings & dolled up at night. Browsing through celebrity outfits is beyond inspiring so I thought I'd share some with you. Gorgeous followers,
Today I almost passed out while shopping....when I came across these beautiful heels that were about to give me a heart attack. The moment I saw them I knew within 25 mins. I would be the proud owners of these beauties. Plus side, they were on sale (heaven) - they were normally $70 I believe, and were on sale for $41.99 SOLD!!! They are extremely comfy, I wanted to walk around the entire store. I was wearing skinny jeans this day & they make a huge stand out even just trying them on the 1st day. There are going to be my new years shoes :) These shoes are going to make any outfit dressy. You can pair these with skinny jeans and a plain dressy black tank top & wearing these shoes will make your outfit completely fabulous. A simple black dress & with these shoes will make the best appearance as well. I can't wait to wear these little babies, they look gorgeous even sitting on my floor. While purchasing these the lady asked me a million questions on why I was buying them.."a wedding?" .."a party?".."a banquet?"...my response "Oh, no occasion they are just beautiful" (:

I don't believe it is possible to have enough high heels. These are my new loves. Aren't they gorgeous, they are also extremely comfy. I'm in love with studs on my purses, heels, clothes - anywhere they make such a huge statement! I'm going to pair these up with a skirt or even skinny jeans :)

Ring/Earrings Haul : ) How lovely.

hey gorgeous followers,
I am absolutely in love with my new rings and earrings :) I am a RING FANATIC. Rings are such a huge statement on a outfit. I love wearing a outfit with a ring that really stands out. If I'm wearing a black dress I'll pair it with a bright blue ring. If I'm wearing a plain white tee I'll pair it with a fancy looking ring. If I wear a casual outfit that too is fun to pair it with a fancy ring to make a statement. When I don't wear a ring with an outfit I feel naked! I notice rings like there's no tomorrow. They are my favorite accessories besides earrings. These earrings are vintage looking (my favorite!) I love HUGE earrings, I love when they stand out. These new ones that I got especially the black ones are humongous - with those I'll be wearing my hair in a messy bun that way the earrings stand out. You'll never believe how much the rings cost - $1 each !!! I recently went to the Flea Market a couple of weekends ago & found these treasures! They are such good quality - I couldn't believe it - I grabbed them like there was no tomorrow. I'm happy with my items, they make my room look lovely!

A couple of days ago not only did my heart melt, not only did I fall even more with him, not only did I realize how blessed I truly am, not only did I just want to jump on him and say thank you a million times - I cried my eyes out of pure happiness. My sweet heart boyfriend, surprised me with this absolutely incredible new Nikon D7000 - I was speechless. Words can't express the way my heart melted. It must be the absolute greatest feeling to have a great individual at your side that believes in you. He is the sweetest support system, he truly believes in my dreams, he truly knows I am going to succeed :) This camera is a beauty. It's huge. There is so much I need to learn - I can't wait. I honestly cried looking at it and the sweet text message he sent me. All the other boys in my past thought my photography and love for make up would get me no where in life - now - I have never had so much business before in my life. People are hiring me to photograph their wedding & different other occasions, hiring me to do their make up on special occasions etc. I have the sweetest angel at my side and he's going to be on the ride with me and I wouldn't have it any other way. Hey lovely girls,
Check out my new babies - I'm in love. They are so fabulous for Fall & I've been on a hunt for this style forever ! It was love at first sight, and once I tried them on they were unbelievably comfortable! :) You will never guess how much they were - they were ONLY $15.99 at TJMaxx, talk about a bargain! I'm the biggest bargain shopper - I love heading to the bargain section of the store first and see what treasures I find then I lead my way to the rest of the store. You save money & you're able to buy a lot more items! I can't wait to wear these out ! I can wear these with tights and a fitted dress, with skinny jeans and a over sized blouse, or with a skirt :) I can't wait, I love them. Here are a few up close photos of them.

I fell in love with these Fall flats as well. You aren't able to see the "sprakle" the bow gives off in person - they are gorgeous! I don't have a pair of bright red flats and pairing this up with some skinny jeans and a plain black v-neck will look fabulous! They are extra comfy as well, I purchased these also at TJMaxx for only $16.99. They are great quality, I can't wait to wear them :)

I have been wanting this beautiful frame I had seen at Target forever! Everytime I would see it I would say "next time!" well this next time was my day - it was on clearance for $6 bucks from $45 :) Talk about a bargain, I grabbed it and threw it in my basket! I'm in love with it, it is now hanging nicely in my room. It's gorgeous!

Hey dolls,
A couple of nights ago we had a girls night out to celebrate one of our girl friend's birthday :) We all had a blast, and getting dolled up is what we love to do. My lovely glitter skirt I got at Charolette Russe for $22.99, top is from Forever21 for about $15, necklace is also from Charoletter Russe for $5, and big blue ring from Forever21 $4. Anything I'm wearing all black I love to wear a huge ring so it stands out : ) I love these ladies, I'm truly blessed to have the girls I have in my life.. these are only a couple of the girls. I've known these girls since middle school. Hope you girls loved this quick post.

for updates :) Let's start from the beginning but I'll make it short - I was walking around the mall & this lovely lady from Dior stopped me to stare at my makeup; she was amazed, she kept asking if I had gone it done, if my lashes were fake, what makeup I use..etc..and then said "I want you to work for us" MY HEART STOPPED. She got my information down..a few weeks after that she called me in for an interview (and to bring a friend/family member to do a make over on) I ended up taking the little sister with me..(I was NERVOUS, excited, scared, butterflies everything you can possibly think of) sat my sister down - did what I knew to do ..MAKEUP! they loved it, took photos..a few days later ANOTHER PHONE call..2nd interview with the Account Executive from Dallas,Tx was flying in to interview me & see what I'm capable of doing. I went in looking my best, I did my make up as flawless as I possibly can! She came in with another important beautiful lady (which was in charge of all the training and explaining all the products) I was very intimidating and nervous! Especially when I was told I had to do a makeover on the expert trainer! I sat her down & did what I love to do! Long story short - she loved it ! The Account Executive loved it as well. I explained a little about myself..talked about my passions, dreams, goals, my blog, my beautiful followers, my facebook.. everything. I am now apart of the Dior team & I couldn't be MORE proud of myself! I was on cloud9. I am now their Freelance make up girl :) I will be helping out on events (also selling their fragance, skin care, anything dealing with Dior) but my goal is to sit a customer down make her feel BEAUTIFUL & enjoy the gorgeous Dior products! I can't believe it. Yesterday I was lucky enough to attend my 1st event with the Dior team! It was very inspiring! Meeting their top make artists, watching them do what they do best (makeovers) was incredible! I hope to one day be there! I was lucky enough to do a make over on a customer and she LOVED it.. she ended up buying a few of the products I used on her & having her give me a hug at the end & telling me she felt beautiful made my day!! I am so excited to see what else is in store! I will be blogging a lot more on their new beauty products, swatches and everything in between! Thanks for reading girls!

New lipsticks & swatches : )

Hi beauties,
I just recently purchased these lipsticks/lipglosses & wanted to share some photos/swatches with you. I'm loving these colors! I've already used the Smashbox lipglosses during the day & have gotten tons of great compliments. The two Smashbox lipglosses I purchased at Sephora. The 1st lipgloss is called TEASE & the 2nd one is called CANDY. They have a great smell to them also :)

This gorgeous nude Lancome lipstick I purchased at Dillards; I'm not quite sure the price but if I find the receipt I'll post it. This color is so natural looking, definitely my favorite nude for now. This color is called Camisole Shimmer :) Here's an up close photo & a swatch will be at the end of the post.

This hot pink Revlon lipstick is beyond gorgeous, it's very pigmented & stayed on my lips for hours :) I've worn it out already - definitely a hit. I purchased this lipstick at Target for LESS than $5 with tax! Great deal huh?! :) The name of this lipstick is called Pearl Fusion. Here is an up close & swatch will be at the bottom.

New Make-up Case :]

Hey dolls!
I wanted to share with you my lovely new purchase I am so happy with :] My new make-up case! I've been getting very inspired lately to really go after what I want. After the Dior meeting, this past Glam Party I was hired for, future make up trials for 15eras & weddings - I am blown away & so grateful. I feel it was finally time to invest in a make up case. This is it, isn't it gorgeous? I am so in love with it. I have already used this for the Glam Party in my previous post but this photo was right when I purchased it :) I will do another post showing how it looks full with my products. I got this makeup case at Target for $33 - I was planning on going to Sally's but I figured they would be far too exsepensive & for now I think this is good. The quality is unbelievable :] It's the only reason I considered purchasing this item. I am very happy with it & wanted to share it with you guys :] My first time using it was for the Glam party. I put a few fun products in there since I was going to be working with little girls. But soon I have up coming make up trials for weddings & I will post all the important products I keep in my case :) It was so inspiring seeing my case filled with my collection. It made me want to continue to put myself out there and share my talents with the world. Hope you ladies loved it as much as I did.

Hey dolls!

So I got a wonderful opportunity to work this adorable Glam Party! I was hired to be the makeup artist for the little girls & the photographer. I had such a blast, these little girls were adorable! They were so excited and their jaws dropped when they saw how much makeup I had :) I also took my sister with me she was my little assistant. She was working on the nails once I was done with makeup on each one. This was such a fun job! I am truly grateful for this talent I was given. I believe every opportunity opens up the doors! Following my dreams feels amazing! I hope all you ladies never put yourself down & always know it really is possible to achieve anything you want. I can't wait for the future. How lovely. New items to play around with. I've tried the Salon Effects already and I'm in lovee. I'm hoping they last at least a week :) The new book I purchased caught my eye. I love books that inspire me, and this was definitely it. I can't live without my face wipes they are a must, every single night I use a makeup wipe on my face to really remove any dirt, oil and left over makeup :) Hope you guys enjoyed. Hey dolls.
Today was such an amazing day! I'm excited to share some news with you beauties. I had the lovely opportunity to speak with Christian Dior makeup artists' && was asked to give a makeover using only Dior products :) I was able to bring in the little sister and she was lucky enough to get the Dior makeover. It was such an incredible feeling to be surrounded with millions of Dior products. I was in heaven. I wanted to nicely take everything that was in the show room and take them to my room and blog about my new millions of products. Wishful thinking I must say. It was an amazing experience & I may be their new sales associate/freelance makeup artist. It's all in God's hands. I went ahead and took a photo (of course) of the little sister and her lovely Dior makeover and and upclose of her eyes.

These are random photos from my photobooth - My hair had crazy volume today. I love messy hair. I don't really like when my hair looks "perfect" I love the bed head look. Hope you girls loved the post. Leave me your wonderful feedback.

Last week I worked the cutest birthday party, if you're new to blog - I'm a freelance photographer :) I was recently hired to capture some adorable photos for a 3year birthday party. It was such a great time & I met so many new people. Networking is always fun! Once the party was over I met with my clients to say my goodbyes & once she paid me she said.."I have a little something for you, I appreciate your work and I appreciate you taking the time to capture my son's birthday party - you're an inspiration and you're going to go far one day" She literally made me get teary. She handed me this sweet little box & this beautiful necklace was inside. It made my day. Vintage Treasures.

Hi sweethearts, (:
The other day I went on a thrift store shopping hunt for some treasures. It was definitely my lucky day in the vintage world! Look at all these beauties I found ALL LESS THAN 5 bucks a piece! The blouses that I was lucky to find I got them in a larger size that way I am able to pair it with a belt. I enjoy loose blouses/tee's that way it cuts off my shoulder. Some of the blouses I may even cut into a classy V-neck or crew cut :)
Some tips for thrift store shopping.
1.) You have to have PATIENCE. Sometimes you WILL find treasures, other times you wont have much luck.
2.) Dress COMFY :) I NEED to try on every item I purchase to make sure it's a "wow" top I want.. plus I have huge boobs and need to make sure my girls can breathe - haa.
3.) Show up early! Most of the time stores aren't as packed in the early mornings and during the afternoon it gets packed - especially thrift stores.
4.) Always remember these clothes HAVE been worn before, HAVE been washed and ALL have a story. If wearing other peoples clothes grosses you out - then you shouldn't shop in the thrift world. I love thrift store shopping - I have all the patience in the world. I love knowing these are items NO ONE will have. I love to mix and match my outfits. I love a dressy blouse like that ones in the above photo and dress it casual with some skinny jeans and flats.

Best Mask - ever.

haa, my funny face mask photo. It's always good to have some "me time" in pajamas and pamper yourself at home :)

This is my ABSOLUTE favorite mask in the entire world. This clay mask leaves my face feeling flawless! I put this mask on at least 2 times a week...maybe even 3 because it feels that good. This bottle contains so much product - I've had this for a couple of months now. All you really need is a good amount because this product is so thick and you are able to fill up your face with it without wasting so much of it. I highly recommend it. It's a little pricey - the price is set at 28.50, but I promise you'll love it. I've gone through about 3 bottles :) My mom and sister sometimes secretly steal it from me and use it as well. lol.

Here are some snapshots from my eyes for the day. I usually don't lean towards warm colors on my eyes but today I wanted to do something a little different :) I used my Urban Decay "Get Baked" palette for the eyes today. I'm loving it. My makeup collection has tons of bright colors - now I'm looking forward to adding more warm colors to my collection. yay!! I hope you ladies enjoyed this post :)

My little freelance makeup business is coming along great.

- I recently got hired to be the makeup artist for a "glam party" for a little princess, I get to put makeup on 16 little girls !! How exciting is that ! :) I can't wait, I'm so grateful.

- I was hired to do makeup for a special event this lady was attending.
- I did makeup on 2 ladies for a quince recently.
& a birthday party coming up that I'll be the photographer I'll also be putting makeup on the mommy :)

I've learned so much lately. I've learned if you really want things to happen - YOU NEED TO PUT YOURSELF OUT THERE. You need to have confidence in yourself and know you are given these talents and know how to use them.

Life has been treating me so good lately. I believe in karma will all my heart. Last year I went through so many hard times & was in such a verbally abusive relationship with a boy that didn't know how to treat a lady the way she deserves...&& this year.. I fall more in love with my boyfriend every single day. I'm swept off my feet every single day. I'm so happy with my relationship I wish every girl was treated this way. My heart is at peace. My heart is dancing. My heart is smiling every single day :) I hope all you ladies NEVER stay with a boy that doesn't treat you the way you should be treated. Every girl needs to know she should be treated the way she deserves. I've finally found a man that respects all of me and makes me feel beautiful every second of the day. I'm happy with life & I love spreading my happiness to everyone in hopes it cane make their days a bit better. I know we all suffer sometimes, but in the end I feel karma will always give you what you deserve.

Hello my little beauties. I bought these lovely items a couple of days ago && thought I'd share them with you :) I am loving these items. Enjoy. The above blouse I got from Forever21. It's adorable & isn't so see through like most white blouses I believe this blouse was ONLY 10.95 .....

My cute little country dress that I have worn already && absolutely loveddd it on. I was so comfortable in it & everyone was complimenting it :) It's such a cute dress to dress up or even dress it casual. I got this cute dress at Agaci' for about 21 bucks :)

I'm in LOVE with this blouse. It is so flowy and looks so classy on :) I wore this beauty with a fitted black tank top & hair up messy. I wore it out one night to the island. It was the perfect outfit. I got to play around with my eyeshadows & it looked fab. :)

A cute simple tube top. You can never have enough tube tops. I love them when I'm on the go, something quick && easy but still looks put together (: I got this piece at Forever21 :)

I've always heard such great reviews over this moisterizer so I decided to purchase it - so far I'm loving it. I only put this on in the mornings before I apply my makeup :) At night time I put on a different night cream for my face. I got this at Target for only about 8 bucks!

A lovely frame. If you've kept up with my blog you now know I am obsessed with quotes. I found this little item at Tjmax...for ONLY.....(drum roll) 3 bucks :) I love it. It's inspiring.

Hello cutie pies! Not too long ago I attended a beautiful wedding :) For once, I wasn't the crazy photographer running around...I got to ENJOY it ! It was a BLAST..I wish I would have gotten MORE photos on my ENTIRE beautiful dress - but I was on the dance floor way too much that I didn't get a complete shot of my dress :( But I wanted to show you all my makeup, hair, and half of my dress - ha. I did my own makeup ...along with 5 other girls' makeup :) I kept it classy.. thick eyeliner.. some shimmer..and sexy red lips.. My dress is Gianni Bini ..it was only 30 bucks on clearance (amazing) && Jessica Simpson shoes.. (that I didn't take a photo of ..Bad Tasha!)

Photo up above was a close up of my hair && makeup :) I kept my hair very simple as well since my dress had a lot of attention to the (boob part) haa. I did black nailpolish and a gorgeous ring that you don't get to see in the photo.. lol..

&& this was how the wedding ended.. My friends && I went a LITTLE bit crazy in the photobooth :) ..excuse my strange faces.. it was a blast.. it's photos like these that make my heart jump for joy!

I love quotes, I love my quotes, quotes truly can sometimes get me through the day. You know when you're having an off day && read a quote and all of a sudden everything just seems better - that's why I love them :) I have this notebook FULL OF QUOTES - I've had it for almost 10 years, it's full of memories, heartbreak, scars, and love. Hello my lovely ladies,

I wanted to share some photos of the love of my life with you all. If you have have kept up with my blog for the past couple of months you saw that I went through a very terrible abusive breakup... my world was crushed && I was humiliated in thousands of ways. And then this boy showed up into my life and completely swept me off my feet. I thank God for this man every single day.. it's been 7 and a half months that we've been together and everyday I'm on cloud 9. He's the sweetest man that has ever been in my life. I want to marry this boy, I want to be at his side forever. He's my angel :) He proved to be that a TRUE man will do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING and wait till your heart is ready to be with someone. I have gone through so much with past boys and with him it's so simple - I feel love should always be that way - simple, not complicated. I've learned so much in my past relationships... I'm loving him as if he was the only boy to ever be in my life. I have also realized how short life is and you never know when something can happen. I tell him daily how much I cherish and love him. & he knows it.

Hey dolls! I'm alive :) & I miss blogging and reading all of your wonderful blogs! A while back I had a black & blue birthday party to attend. First off, I LOVE dressing up. My friends && family always tell me "you're always so dressed up!!" Honestly, I think it's better to always be over dressed than under dressed :) It's a great compliment. Anywho, here are a few photos from the fabulous party. I purchased my dress at Forever21 for only 21.50 :) That's a deal ! I was in love with it and felt so comfortable in it, I never buy something if I know I won't feel 100% comfortable in it :) I paired it with my lovely high heels & blue nail polish. Roller Derby Party!

If you guys don`t know this already... well, I absolutely LOVE theme parties!!! We drove 6 hours just to attend a fabulous Roller Derby Party!!! One of our amazing friends was having her fabulous party and there was NO WAY we were going to miss it. Playing dress up is so much fun! Sometimes, you have to NOT CARE what anyone thinks of what you`re wearing :) It was a house party that ended with us going downtown bar hopping. You should have seen the amount of stares we got! Some people were like "you guys look awesome!!!" then we got the "what are you wearing!" haaa. It was a blast ! I did the makeup for all of us :) && the BEST part... my entire wardrobe was in my closet...and most of my friends costumes were from my closet as well :)

Since I haven`t been on here in forever! I`d LOVEEEE to share with you guys some of my fabulous birthday photos!! My wonderful friends through me an amazing fun party at our favorite bar :) I was IN LOVE with my dress ... you will never believe it was ONLY $22.50!!! I got it at Agaci` :) My fabulous bright ring was only $4 at Forever21. Such a great combo for such an amazing low price! I loved that my ring really stood out. My dress fit so perfect & I felt extremely comfortable wearing it. It was the BEST birthday. I felt so blessed! I am loving life more than anything in the world.

Happy New Year's my beautiful blog followers!
My new years plans were supposed to be dressed up in a gorgeous glittery dress with red lipstick && big curls in my hair & be with all my friends at this huge party. Well, I spent my new years.. in bed with the flu & a 103 fever :( Sadly, I still feel horrible BUT on a good side.. I got to be with all my family and watch the kids pop fireworks :)

I love the new year. I see it as a NEW FRESH start. A time where we CLOSE a chapter of our life, and open up a brand page in life. 2010 was a beautiful year.. yet it was one of my painful and heartbreaking years. I am going in this new year with an OPEN MIND && an OPEN HEART. I pray this is a year of rewardness for me after so much I went through last year it was such a tough year but I got through it all.. with a big smile on my face :) I hope this new year brings all you girls LOVE, HAPPINESS, HEALTH, and NEW OPPORTUNITIES.
Without struggle, there is no progress. It's all up to us to make things happen. It's up to us to always stay strong in the toughest situations that are given to us. My next blog will be over my new years resolutions for the year :) I will write a little more later on, we're getting together with the family for a new years dinner!

Long, silver, gorgeous earrings :) I'm an earrings kind of girl. I LOVE wearing my hair wavy & messy up in a crazy bun with long earrings such as these. They definitely make your outfit complete.

Mascara for the month && tips to keep them strong.

hi gorgeous ladies. this week has been dragging for me, I've been sick the past couple of days. Stuck at home && getting over this horrible flu. BUT on the good side, I was able to relax and have some much needed "me time." Alone in my room - just me && my music always makes me feel better. I organized and cleaned up my room :) I think it's always great for everyone to take a moment and always have some alone time for themselves, it's good for the heart.

My favorite mascara for this month, that makes my eye lashes EXTREMELY longer* is Lancome's Hypnose. Note :: My eyelashes are extremely LONG, I have NEVER in my life used a eyelash curler, I got my lashes from my mom (Thanks, Mom!!) Everywhere I go people think my lashes are fake, or I must have curled them 10 times. haha No joke. This mascara is 24.50 it lasts a long time & has tons of product in it. This product has never let my eyelashes clumpy :) I've never liked putting TONS of mascara to make my eyelashes look like spider legs (lol) BUT a few strokes to make them look thick is what I love to do. I really recommned this product, it gives my lashes TONS of volume. The photo above I used the mascara so I decided to take a photo for you guys. If you can see it seperates my lashes tremendously. It's my favorite <3

A few quick tips:
I ALWAYS take off my mascara at night time. I will never let a day when I sleep with my mascara on, one hUGE reason is because your mascara becomes rough and dried out && that's a very fast way to LOOSE your lashes.

Also, at night time when I take off my mascara BEFORE I take a cotton ball && put some makeup remover over my lashes...I always**** let warm water run and rub my fingers through my mascara GENTLY just so my mascara of the day loosens up a little bit so I'm not going over my lashes so much with the cotton balls & making my lashes fall off.

Another thing, once I'm completely done with washing my face && I'm putting my daily night cream all over my face & neck I always run it throught my lashes with my fingers and run my fingers up on my lashes so they stay condintioned :) Ever since I have done the little things like washing my mascra every night, gently taking off my mascara, and putting the rest of my daily cream onto my lashses.. I've seen a big difference && my lashes hardly come off :)

hi lovely ladies.
On my previous post, I posted photos from my pink/red strips I put in myself*
This is the box I used, it was the MOST EASIEST product I have ever used! I wish I would have taken photos while I was first starting it out, but my camera was charging.
I bought this color at Walmart, for ONLY 10 bucks :) The steps are extremely easy && I would definitely purchase this color again, && I am soon. After about 6 weeks you can recolor the same sections to keep the color alive. I love this little change, I love the way it looks in the sunlight, it gives my hair a little magic. The applicator looks like a mascara wand, you simply seperate the pieces of hair you'd like to color, slowly run the mascara wand on the section of hair, let dry for 30 mins, jump in the shower - && wa-laaa! You have a fun color in your hair!
I would recommened this product for anything that is a little freaked out to spend tons of money at a salon && scared the way it might come out. I was a little scared too at first, but always remember change is always good!
