These new ULTA goodies now have a new home with me & I was so thrilled when I received them! :)
I've had these products for a few weeks already but I really wanted to play around with them 1st before I decided to share my thoughts with all my bloggers! I loveeeed that these beauty products came inside of this cute Benefit make up case (I used it for my jewelry while I was on vacation with the boyfriend, it fit perfect in my bag!)
This deluxe kit came with 4 beauty products & they were all full size products except for a mini lip tint and the High Beam Luminizer , which are all pretty good sizes because you don't need to use TOO much so I really like the size! I completely forgot to take extra pictures of the Benefit Lip Tint & Luminizer so here's a little overview of what I think about them.
Benefit Lip Stain: $27.99
Benefit Benetint is a kiss-proof and waterproof, indelibly sheer tint for your lips & your cheeks! I've used it quite a few times and it gives your lips such a nice tint that lasts for hours!
High Beam Luminizer - $ 24.00
Benefit High Beam is an ethereal pink liquid highlighter that creates a radiantly dewy complexion. For an angelic sheen, this pink shimmering lotion adds a soft, natural afterglow.
I'm OBSESSED. This product is so light weight.
Description:
Quickly minimize the appearance of pores & fine lines for smoother-than-smooth skin! Apply this silky, lightweight balm alone, under or over makeup. Translucent, oil-free formula complements all skintones and helps makeup stay put. Contains a Vitamin E derivative, known to protect skin from free radicals.
I usually only use this product around my nose area and on the sides of my nose, anywhere you have visible pores apply this and it makes your pours vanish! I truly recommend it. You can apply it before or after your foundation or concealer. I like to use it before I apply my concealer and powder. I've heard great reviews on other blogs I follow so I was pretty excited when I finally got my hands on it !
This mascara wasn't a huge "wow factor" for me. I was pretty excited to finally try out this mascara but for some reason it left my lashes looking extra thin. My lashes are dramatically long and almost any mascara I use I end up really liking because I like when they give my lashes extra volume! But this one made them look extra thin, my lashes were extra long; this mascara is good for length in my opinion instead of volume. I've heard good/bad reviews maybe it will work great for someone else but for me I don't think I would go to a store and pick it up myself. My mascara for the month that I'm loving is the Revlon PhotoReady 3D mascara :)

Macadamia Rejuvenating Shampoo
I love that benefit kit! The bag is so cute. I've been trying to resist it forever!
ReplyDeleteI've been finding the fancier brands of mascara lately have been LACKING! Right now, what's worked the best are the various Rimmel mascaras, and the Cover Girl 24 Hour. I like the black w/gold flecks. Even MAC mascaras have been a huge disappointment lately, and I L.O.V.E MAC!
ReplyDeleteGreat haul sweetie, I've been wanting to try the macadamia hair care so bad, but its pricey :(
ReplyDeleteI'm following you and I love your blog!! Will you follow back?
